- Costings (from basic costings to how to master any costing in the Inbound travel trade)
- Hotel inspection visit (field visit) – students will be taken to a star class hotel for inspection
- Guidelines on how to register a business & get tourist board approval
- How to be active Digitally (Websites / Social Media)
- Guest lectures from current industry experts (hoteliers / guides
- Hotel callings (reservations / sales) – practical
- taking a complete itinerary using the rates the students obtained
- How to convince an overseas agent to work with you–practical session
